Ordering & Photos
How do I order?
Choose a size, upload a clear photo, add any options, and checkout. We prep the image and send it straight to production.
What makes a good photo?
Face centered, eyes sharp, both ears visible, bright natural light, no heavy filters.
Can I upload more than one photo?
Yes. Add 2–3 if you’re unsure. We’ll use the best one.
Can you do more than one pet?
No. Not at the moment but we are expanding and will be able to in the future.
Do you send a proof?
To keep things fast, we don’t. We refine your image and proceed. If a photo is risky (very dark/blurry), we’ll email first.
Can I request a specific background or style (e.g., Santa, Elf, Nutcracker)?
Yes. Pick from our style options on the product page.
Can I add a name and years (memorial)?
Optional. Choose the memorial text. We keep it subtle.
How do I make changes after ordering?
Email us/use contact form with your order number within 24 hours. After production starts, changes aren’t guaranteed.
Materials & Sizing
What is the blanket made of?
100% cotton with colorful fringe. The image is woven in, not surface-printed.
What sizes are available?
See the size buttons on the product page for current options. (Common picks: 50×60" for sofas; 60×80" for beds.)
Will the colors match my photo?
We balance color and contrast for a natural look. Thread weaving can soften ultra-fine detail, that’s part of the charm.
Production & Shipping
How long will it take to arrive?
Most US orders arrive in ~6–11 business days door-to-door (production 3–5 + shipping 3–6 with tracking). International: ~10–20 business days.
Do you offer rush?
Not at the moment.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Duties/taxes vary by country and are shown or charged by the carrier when applicable.
Will I get tracking?
Absolutely. Tracking is emailed as soon as your blanket ships.
Care & Use
How do I wash it?
Follow the care label. Generally: cold gentle cycle, mild detergent, tumble low or line dry. Avoid bleach.
Will it shed or pill?
Minimal at first is normal. A gentle wash and low heat helps settle the fibers.
Can I hang it as wall art?
Yes. Use a tapestry rod or clips. Keep out of direct harsh sunlight to preserve color.
Will I get tracking?
Absolutely. Tracking is emailed as soon as your blanket ships.
Policies
What’s your guarantee?
Love it or we’ll make it right. Free reprints for production issues (damage, severe misprint). Friendly help if anything needs attention.
Do you accept returns?
Custom items aren’t returnable for preference changes, but we’ll fix production issues fast. If you need a redo with a different photo, we offer a fair-cost remake.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Photograph the box and blanket within 7 days and email us, we’ll reprint and reship.
Can I cancel?
You can cancel within 24 hours of ordering. After production starts, cancellations aren’t guaranteed.
